The university has worked closely with the National Academy of Sports Medicine to develop outstanding course content. Program length is 12 consecutive months. Students work, learn, and communicate online and function as a group of interactive peers. This virtual community creates a lively, dynamic educational experience. The Fitness and Wellness track includes courses in Research in Fitness and Wellness, An Integrated Approach to Fitness & Wellness, An Integrated Approach to Fitness & Wellness and Current Topics in Fitness and Wellness.
