Program Desc: Industrial & Organizational (I/O) Psychology is one of the most innovative areas for the application of professional psychology. The Chicago School of Professional Pyschology's I/O Psychology program is designed specifically for professionals who work in fields such as human resources, private and public sector management, healthcare administration, merchandising, and customer service. Participants will develop mastery to: Select and develop personnel to fulfill organizational goals; Accurately assess organizational situations and design appropriate interventions to address them; Develop organizational strategies that reflect cross-cultural intelligence; Effectively negotiate conflict, network, and influence strategy.
